What do I need to install the Toolbar?

The Toolbar is powered by Microsoft's ActiveX technology, which is currently only supported by Microsoft Windows operating systems and Internet Explorer.
How do I know what version of Internet Explorer I have?
- Open Internet Explorer
- Click on "Help" in the menu bar at the top of the IE Window
- Click on "About Internet Explorer"
- Look for the numbers after the word "Version". For example, 6.0.2600.000 is version 6.0
Does the Toolbar work with any other browser?
No, the Toolbar will only work with versions of Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher. It will not work with other browsers, such as Netscape, AOL, or Opera.
Does the Toolbar have multiple language support?
Presently, there are English and Spanish language versions of Toolbar available.
How do I control the various features and setting for the Toolbar?
Every button and Toolbar feature can be controlled by the user, just click on 'Toolbar options' in the main drop down menu to activate or deactivate settings.

The Toolbar did not install. What is wrong?
The source of the problem is either of three choices:

You clicked "No" in the Security Dialog box.
If so, restart the install process and click "Yes" in the Security Dialog Box.

You have Windows NT/2000/XP and do not have Administrative Privileges.
Please log off your computer and login as Administrator, or contact your network administrator for help.

Your Security Settings are too high.
To change your settings, · Go to the Internet Explorer menu · Click "View" or "Tools" · Select "Internet Options" · Select the "Security" tab · Change the Security to "Medium" or "Low" · Restart the install process
Why do I get a Security Warning that asks me if I want to install and run the Toolbar?
Your security settings are set so that you are prompted before any programs are installed on your machine. The dialog box is just asking you to confirm that you want to install the Toolbar.
I've installed the Toolbar, but I can't find it on my browser? Where is it?

If you do not see the Toolbar, click on "View" on top of the IE menu, mouse-over "Toolbars" and make sure is checked.

Another approach is to right click on the default Internet Explorer toolbar with your mouse, and select " " to appear on the browser.

If you have IE 5, it is known that the earlier builds of IE 5 has a problem with support for custom toolbars. If this is the case, the Toolbar may be listed under the name "Radio", which is usually the second listing. Please go to View > Toolbars and select the second option.

If you have IE 6 and you are experiencing trouble downloading the Toolbar, please make sure the following item is enabled in your browser: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Enable third party browser extensions.
How can I update the Toolbar to the latest version?
You don't have to do anything. The Toolbar will update itself once new features are available.

The Toolbar might conflict with other third-party browser plug-ins installed in your system. If you want to continue using the Toolbar, please uninstall all browser plug-ins and see if that solves the problem.
